Engr. Dr. Dr. Surv. Ebenezer Ankomah Gyam

Engr. Dr. Ebenezer Ankomah Gyamera is a Ghanaian Geomatic Engineer, Geological Engineer, and Land Surveyor with over 24 years of experience in land use administration, geosciences, and project management. He serves as a Lecturer in Land Use and Spatial Planning at the University of Cape Coast and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa.

His professional profile includes the following key roles and achievements: Founder and Executive Director of Gyam Group of Companies and President of the Gyam Institute of Technology and Industrialization (GITI). Author of the book Ghana Lands in Focus, which addresses land administration challenges. Researcher whose 2016 findings highlighted that land cases constitute 59% of total court cases in Ghana, with only 10% settled annually. Advocate for digitizing land administration and establishing a permanent national office to combat illegal mining (galamsey). Dr. Gyamera holds a PhD in Geomatic Engineering and an MSc in Geological Engineering from UMaT, along with multiple master's degrees in Project Management and Human Resource Management. He is a Chartered Project Manager, a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), and a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.
